gconftool-2 -s -t string /desktop/gnome/shell/windows/button_layout "minimize:close"

gconftool-2 -s -t string /desktop/gnome/shell/windows/theme "Drakfire-Zuki"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
gconftool-2 -s -t string /desktop/gnome/interface/gtk_theme "Drakfire-Zuki"
and change gtk3 theme by Gnome Tweak Tool

But i have problems with it when using inkscape. It sounds strange but this theme causes inkscape to be
