install :


enter into the terminal this commands:


gconftool-2 -s -t string /desktop/gnome/shell/windows/button_layout "minimize:close"

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

gconftool-2 -s -t string /desktop/gnome/shell/windows/theme "Drakfire-Caffe"

and change gtk3 theme by Gnome Tweak Tool

Thank you very much for the awesome theme, especially in this unique colour. Waiting patiently for the gtk2 version as firefox 8 looks awefull at present. i wanted to mention a small thing i noticed that the colours in drop-down menus, in gedit for example, are reversed (dark text with dark highlighting) in my system (arch linux fully uptodate as of today). Can i do something about it please?

somehow, it doesn't work for me. I followed the instructions given here but still I don't find the theme listed in Gnome Tweak Tool. Do I have to place the zip file in any particular directory?

Download any other gtk2 theme. For example [link] . Extract the file and copy the folder gtk-2.0 and paste it to ~/.themes/Drakfire-Caffe. It will work now.

Btw, It will work, but only for gtk3 apps. Gtk2 apps will look like the gtk2 theme u just copied from.

Awesome theme!
But where i put the theme files?
~/.themes or /usr/share/themes ?
The theme is not appearing in the tweak tool for me.
